As part of that, it is reported that the Catalan side approached Aubameyang for a potential transfer but hit a brick wall with their advances.

That approach is said to have happened weeks ago but Aubameyang has tied-up a new agreement in North London, which lasts until 2021.

Arsenal have turned down a bid from Paris-Saint Germain to take full-back Hector Bellerin on loan, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Bayern Munich, PSG and Barcelona are among the clubs being credited with an interest in the Gunners’ defender.

Draxler swap offer

According to L’Equipe, PSG are keen on signing Matteo Guendouzi and are considering including Julian Draxler in any potential deal.

Arsenal were initially hoping to receive €35m for Guendouzi, however they are now willing to lower their valuation.

Draxler has less than 12 months remaining on his contract, and PSG are hoping that he is tempted by a move to Arsenal.

Arsenal ‘open Stephan El Shaarawy talks’

According to Di Marzio, Arsenal have contacted Guangzhou Evergrande over a loan move for Italy international Stephan El Shaarawy.

The former Roma winger is reportedly looking for a return back to Europe so that he does not miss Italy’s internationals due to quarantining rules.

The report claims the Gunners are one of the sides interested, along with Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.
