Callup Letter

Green Card and Callup Letter is a document that contain your information. And will be printed on NYSC website when you have registered.

Medical Fitness

Medical Fitness/ Medical Report is very important documents that will be stating your health condition and fitness. This will also play an important role in your posting process. This is also a means of knowing how healthy you are and this you can do and can not do, in other to avoid injury while in the camp.

Statement of Result

Statement of Result contain your final results, you will get this from your department. Or your school Exams and Records. This is usually a photo copied result. NYSC is usually processed after collecting your final year result from your institution.

School ID Card

School ID Card you also need your school ID card for clearance, if don’t have your school ID card and you are from University of Lagos your department will give you a photo card as replacement. Other schools can also make enquiry at your departmental office.
