Watch Video of Nigerian police shooting at Yoruba Nation Agitators
It was a sad day yesterday at Ogun State, on Saturday, as security operatives arrested five agitators of the Yoruba nation who defied the police ban on a mass rally in the state capital.
Among those arrested was Zannu Williams, a young man who wore a traditional regalia.
The Police Command had barred the agitators from the mass rally, saying intelligence report showed that the organizers of the rally “are being sponsored by certain individuals outside the State and the country to destabilize Ogun State.”
According to video below you can see some Yoruba youths confronting a police officer for shooting at them despite being unarmed.

The police operatives stormed the Alake Palace where the agitators converged for the rally and arrested eleven agitators.
This reportedly led to a clash between the agitators and the police officers around the Eleweran area when the proponents of secession demanded release of their members.
It was gathered that the police later released those arrested on the order of the Commissioner of Police, Edward Ajogun.
